Ville Lehtonen, Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Mr Lehtonen was the second person to get interested in Dr Oxley's idea and join the founding team. He brought in the know-how to design and maintain complex IT/hardware systems - an essential for laboratory automation. Before helping to found LabMinds, Mr Lehtonen had been instrumental in transforming a flatlining Finish telecom product into a multi-million Euro EBIT success. Mr Lehtonen holds a M.Sc. in Computer Science from Helsinki University of Technology, Finland, and an MBA from the Said Business School at the University of Oxford.
Dr Jochen W. Klingelhoefer, Founder & President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Dr Klingelhoefer was the first person to buy in to Dr Oxley's idea. He brought in practical know-how of product development, experience in embedded design and an understanding of the intricacies of a complext reagent-handling machine to turn EasySolution from vision to a functioning platform. Dr Klingelhoefer holds a joint M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bristol and the University of Kassel, Germany, and a D.Phil. in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford.
Michal Wozny, Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Mr Wozny joined the executive team early on to help develop the inital concept and became the first investor in Labminds. As an concept engineer, he brought in an in-depth understanding of manufacturing and development of liquid handling applications. Prior to joining LabMinds Mr Wozny worked in the oil and gas industry for SBM Offshore. Mr Wozny holds a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University, Canada, and an MBA from the University of Oxford.
Dr Camilla Oxley, Founder & Scientific Adviser
Dr Oxley came up with the original idea during her research as a Wellcome Trust scholar in Biochemistry at the University of Oxford. Currently, Dr. Oxley is a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Pennsylvania Medical School, whilst acting as Scientific Advisor to the exectuive team. Dr Oxley holds a B.Eng. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Reutlingen, Germany, and a D.Phil. in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford.
